Jon Prucha is a singer/songwriter who started playing music when he stumbled upon his Mother's old guitar in her closet when he was just 6 years old.  He began to take the instrument more seriously around the age of 11 when he received his first electric guitar as a Christmas gift and began writing his own music when he turned 15 and fell in love with the acoustic guitar.  His inspiration comes from everything he see's and experiences, often reflecting on his love life and personal views of the world.  When asked how to write a great song, Jon has been quoted saying "Would you be comfortable standing on a stage in front of everyone you know plus thousands of strangers and reading them your diary?...your inner most darkest secrets?...your fears?...your insecurities?...your dreams?...your faults?...because if not, you'll never write a truly great song worth listening to".  That sentence so beautifully encapsulates the essence of Jon's music.  Raw, emotional, real.  He wears his heart on his sleeve and he doesn't care what anyone thinks.  Love him or hate him, he is who is his and he's not afraid to tell you.
